Hands-On Assist; A Yoga Practitioners Workshop Series w/ Amalia Gardner

In this workshop series discuss the many great reasons assists can benefit practitioners.  Explore why we might choose to share an assist, how to communicate well with practitioners, understand a constant flow of consent and gain a stronger grasp on understanding the need to encourage practitioners to move into a deeper space of focus. In these workshops you will practice yoga, experience the assists in your own body as well as experience sharing the assist.
