Lara is a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, and certified Reiki master, cranio sacral therapist and holistic health coach.

Her healing work helps you to remember who you really are  and to come home to your self. It allows your body to deeply relax and to identify and release old blocks and patterns that no longer serve you.

Stress of any kind - physical, mental, or emotional -affect our entire being, leaving us feeling stuck, in discomfort and pain, confused or simply out of balance. In her sessions, Lara focuses on tapping into the innate wisdom of your Body-Mind-Heart to remind it how to be well, how to heal itself.
