We have mats you can borrow for $2.  We also have a variety of eco-friendly durable mats available to purchase and proudly carry Manduka Yoga mats.

There is a Matsana mat santitizer we use to sterilize our mats.  The machine uses UCV lamps to kill bacteria, germs and odor.  For $1 students are encourgaed to sanitize their mats regularly as well.

You do NOT need to pre-register for classes.  Classes are on a first come, first serve basis.  It's very rare that we can't accomodate all:)

You should plan to arrive 5 mins early and at least 10 mins early if you are new or need to purchase classes.  

Latecomers are always welcome but please wait to enter class until after the opening meditation.  Then do so respectfully/quietly.
